Day Plan App Terms

Day Plan for iPhone. Effective October 17, 2026.

The Day Plan iPhone app is provided by MAKE Collaboration, LLC dba Nack Studio, an Oregon limited liability company ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

License

Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). These terms add details specific to Day Plan. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Your content

Everything you write in the app is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your private iCloud account. We do not access, own, or license it. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important.

Subscriptions

Some features, such as iCloud sync, may require a paid subscription. If offered:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • If a subscription ends, your plans stay on your device; sync stops.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, or try to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with it.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise it will be error free or that your data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending use

We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You can stop using the app anytime by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
