Day Plan App Privacy

Day Plan for iPhone. Effective October 17, 2026.

The Day Plan iPhone app is made by MAKE Collaboration, LLC dba Nack Studio ("we," "us"). This policy covers the app only, not the printed Day Plan. Our website, shop.nack.is, is covered by its own privacy policy.

The short version: we do not collect your data. Your plans stay on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It does not send your tasks, notes, or usage to us or to any third party. We do not sell or share personal information.

Where your data lives

On your device. Your Mind Dump, priorities, history, streaks, and settings are stored on your iPhone. The Day Plan widget and Share extension use the same on-device storage.

In your iCloud, if you turn on sync. Synced data is stored in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit. Only your Apple Account can read it; we cannot access it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Features that use iOS permissions

Notifications. The optional morning reminder is scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent from our servers.

Photos. The app asks to add to your photo library only when you save a streak card. It cannot read your photos.

Siri, Shortcuts, and the Share Sheet. Text you send to Day Plan this way goes straight into your Mind Dump on your device.

Purchases

Any purchase or subscription is handled by Apple. We receive no payment details, name, or email. The app only checks with Apple whether your Apple Account has an active subscription.

Crash reports

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you. Turn this off anytime in Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to help you.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove on-device data. To remove synced data, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, then Day Plan.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. We hold no personal data from the app, but you can always ask us using the link in the Support and contact section below.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here. If a change means we start collecting data, we will tell you in the app first.
